Once the design is finalized, a construction agreement outlining the project timeline and estimated cost is presented to you for approval, allowing the project to move forward to construction.
As the project transitions from planning to execution, you will be introduced to your project manager, who will oversee your project’s progress. This stage involves the coordination of materials, labor, permits, and the development of a detailed construction schedule.
Construction begins on the agreed-upon start date, with your project manager keeping you informed of progress and ensuring everything stays on schedule. This phase focuses on transforming the plans into reality with minimal disruption.
